一、The excavator engine lacks power, makes abnormal noise, and the exhaust pipe emits black smoke

Fault analysis: This phenomenon is caused by the sudden drop of engine power due to the late ignition and insufficient pressure of the machine combustion chamber, and the backfire of the original expanded gas, which makes a loud noise. However, black smoke is produced due to the mixture of incompletely burned gases.

Solution: In case of any problem, contact the repair shop for repair.

二、When the excavator engine oil is consumed greatly

Fault analysis: When the engine oil has a large consumption, it is usually because the oil enters the combustion chamber and leaks. The main reason for oil entering the combustion chamber is that the engine oil pressure is too high or the engine parts have been severely worn, resulting in excessive clearance. The oil leakage is caused by the aging of the engine sealing gasket and the stuck valve.

Solution: In case of this situation, contact the repair manufacturer for repair.

三、The engine noise of the excavator becomes louder, the accelerator makes a loud noise, and the car body has obvious vibration

Fault analysis: In this case, first lift the vehicle off the ground with a jack and check whether there is any damage on the engine bottom guard. If the bottom guard board is severely bumped, it will be seriously deformed and close to the oil pan. In this case, when stepping on the accelerator to accelerate, the bottom guard board will frequently contact the oil pan, making noise and causing strong vibration of the car body.

Solution: Dismantle the engine bottom guard and conduct flattening, correction and restoration.

Tips When driving a machine, if there are serious potholes or obstacles on the road, you should slow down and avoid them carefully to avoid damaging the bottom guard.

四、During normal driving, the excavator engine temperature is too high

Failure analysis: If the engine water temperature gauge is about to reach 100 ℃, try to fill it with coolant and observe whether the engine power has a downward trend. If so, it can be determined as a mechanical system failure.

Solution: This phenomenon is mainly caused by the leakage of cooling water, the falling off of the main valve of the thermostat, the breaking and loosening of the fan drive belt, the damage of the water jacket and the cylinder gasket of the cylinder, and the poor operation of the fan clutch.

Solution: If this happens in hot summer, strengthen the convection in the mechanical cold air zone, open the engine hood to enhance the ventilation and heat dissipation effect, and observe the water temperature gauge at any time during the mechanical walking operation to ensure that its temperature is not higher than 95 ℃. In case of serious failure, contact the repair shop in time for professional maintenance.

五、New oil of excavator engine turns black

Fault analysis: There are two main reasons for this. First, the engine oil is oxidized during use; The other is caused by detergent dispersant.

In daily use, if the engine oil never turns black, it means that the engine oil itself has not played its due cleaning role. At present, all oils on the market contain detergent dispersants, which are mainly used to self absorb the carbon deposits and oil oxides generated during combustion, and can be discharged when changing the oil, so as to maintain the cleanliness of the engine.

Solution: regularly and quantitatively replace the engine oil and engine oil filter element. When the engine oil is used for a long time, it will produce a lot of acidic substances, which will increase the concentration of the engine oil. If the engine oil is not replaced for a long time, it will directly affect the normal operation of the engine.
