The machine body shall be in a horizontal and stable position, otherwise it is difficult to accurately control the slewing unloading, thus prolonging the operation cycle time; Keep a proper distance between the engine body and the truck to prevent the rear of the engine body from colliding with the truck when turning 180 degrees; The left slewing installation shall be carried out as far as possible, which has wide vision and high operation efficiency. At the same time, the rotation angle shall be correctly controlled to reduce the time used for slewing; The truck position is lower than the excavator to shorten the lifting time of the boom, and the vision is good; Sand and gravel shall be loaded first, and then large stones shall be placed to reduce the impact on the car body.

6、Excavator operation in soft area or water

When working in the soft soil zone, it is necessary to know the degree of soil looseness, and pay attention to limiting the excavation range of the bucket to prevent landslide, collapse and other accidents as well as the deep sinking of the car body. When working in water, pay attention to the allowable water depth range of the vehicle body (the water surface should be below the carrier roller *); If the horizontal plane is high, poor lubrication will occur in the slewing ring due to the water entering, the engine fan blades will be damaged due to the water hitting, and the electrical circuit components will be short circuited or open circuited due to the water intrusion.

7、Hoisting operation for excavator operation

When using hydraulic excavator for hoisting operation, confirm the surrounding conditions of the hoisting site, use high-strength hooks and wire ropes, and try to use special hoisting devices during hoisting; The operation mode shall be micro operation mode, and the action shall be slow and balanced; The length of the lifting rope is appropriate. If it is too long, the swing of the lifting object will be large and difficult to control accurately; The bucket position shall be adjusted correctly to prevent the steel wire rope from slipping; The construction personnel shall not be close to the hoisted objects as much as possible to prevent danger due to improper operation.
