Hydraulic manifold/Hydraulic blockIn the process of driving the excavator, we often encounter some problems. Here are some common problems in the process of driving the excavator:
1. Walking: Walking on the road shoulder, tree stump or other obstacles will cause great impact on the chassis and damage the machine. Therefore, be sure to remove obstacles or walk around. 2. High speed walking: on uneven roads, such as rock beds or large stones, you should walk at a low speed. When traveling at high speed, place the tightening wheel in the forward direction. 3. Walking downhill: put the walking lever in the middle position, so that the brake can work automatically. 4. Walking on the slope: (1)When driving down a steep slope, use the travel lever and the fuel control knob to maintain a low travel speed. (2)When driving up a steep slope, extend the working device to the front to ensure balance. Keep the working device about 20-30cm above the ground and walk at low speed. 5、Engine stalling on a slope: If the engine stalls during uphill travel, move the travel lever to the middle position, lower the bucket to the ground, stop the machine, and then start the engine. 6、Detach from mud: be careful to avoid falling into mud. If the machine is stuck in mud, use the following method to release the machine. (1)Trapping into one track: When only one track is trapped in the mud, lift the track with a bucket, then pave a plank or log and drive the machine out. (2)Trapping into the tracks on both sides: When the tracks on both sides are trapped in mud and the machine cannot move due to slipping, press (1) to pave the plank and dig the bucket into the ground ahead. Then, retract the bucket lever according to the normal excavator operation, and put the walking lever in the "forward" position to drive the machine out. |
