Screw rotor semi-finished

The daily maintenance of the loader is the most important thing for all old masters. Even careful masters will wipe their own loader every day to make it appear as * every day. Daily maintenance is good, but do you know whether your maintenance is right? Today, Xiao Bian selected several faults with high probability of loader occurrence to explain how the loader should be properly maintained under these circumstances.

1 、First gear and reverse gear are normal, and second gear has no driving force

First, check whether the shift lever loader is in place. If not, readjust it. Then check whether the pressure of the transmission pressure gauge is reduced at the second gear. If so, check whether there is pressure oil flowing out of the periphery of the 8-shaped end cover of the transmission. If there is leakage, fasten the surrounding bolts. If the above methods still can not eliminate the fault, the 8-shaped end cover must be removed and the o-shaped seal ring and paper gasket must be replaced. At this time, if there is no pressure oil overflow, it indicates that the second gear component in the gearbox is faulty and must be removed. First, check whether the oil seal outside the second gear is damaged, then disassemble the second gear components, take out the piston, and check whether the piston ring, oil seal ring and friction plate are damaged* Check whether the guide pin in the second gear oil cylinder falls off. If the guide pin falls off, a large amount of pressure oil in the second gear will flow out from here, causing the pressure in the second gear to drop and the vehicle cannot be driven. For the reason of pressure reduction, replace the seals or repair or replace the parts.

2 、The speed change pressure, boom, bucket and steering are normal, but the loader still cannot move forward or backward

First, check whether the transmission is short of oil and whether the oil inlet pipe is blocked, and then check the transmission oil pan (electrical motor) and torque converter filter. If metal fragments and other objects are found, it can be confirmed that the parts in the large overrunning clutch in the gearbox are damaged. If aluminum chips are found in the transmission oil pan and torque converter filter, it is certain that the parts inside the torque converter are damaged. At this time, the gearbox and torque converter must be disassembled for inspection, repair and replace the damaged parts. After the above reasons are eliminated, if the car still cannot move, it can be determined that the bolts around the second gear component in the gearbox are cut off, or the output gear of the intermediate shaft falls off, which makes the power output impossible. Troubleshooting: The 8-shaped end cover of the gearbox can be disassembled, the second gear component can be taken out, and the cut bolt can be replaced. The bolt material is 40Cr, which must be quenched and tempered, and can never be replaced by ordinary bolts.

3 、Weak in first gear and reverse gear, slow in second gear

First, check whether the pressure indicated by the variable speed pressure gauge is normal. If the pressure reaches 108KPa, increase the accelerator to check whether the pointer of the pressure gauge swings; If it swings violently, it indicates that the turbine oil in the gearbox is too dirty or insufficient. Check whether the oil level inspection plug of the gearbox can flow out of the turbine oil. If oil flows out, the fault is caused by dirty oil. Clean the transmission and filter, and then replace with new oil; If the oil volume is normal and the indication of the transmission pressure gauge is normal, the fault may be that the input secondary gear between the transmission belt and the torque converter is broken, making the power of the torque converter secondary gear unable to output, and only the power of the primary gear can be output. Troubleshooting: Remove the connection between the torque converter and the transmission, and replace the damaged input secondary gear.

4 、First gear drive is weak, other gears are normal

First, check the pressure of the transmission gauge to see if there is pressure drop at the first gear. If the pressure is below 98.1KPa, the first gear drive must be weak. The reason for these phenomena is that the first gear piston ring is scratched or worn too much, which makes the pressure oil leak too much, thus making the first gear drive weak; In addition, a large amount of pressure oil leakage may be caused by the damage of the O-ring outside the first gear oil cylinder; If the fault is caused by the above reasons, the gearbox must be lifted out, and the damaged piston ring and seal ring must be disassembled and replaced; If the pressure of the shift pressure gauge is not reduced at the first gear position, it is likely that the shift lever is not adjusted in place, making the first gear drive weak. The shift lever should be readjusted to make it reach the specified position.

5 、The engine works normally, and the loader cannot walk

First, check the oil volume limit valve and the transmission pressure gauge of the transmission. If the transmission torque converter oil is found to be lacking, add new oil. However, it is not advisable to add too much, otherwise it will cause the gearbox to heat up. Generally, it is added until the oil flows out of the limit valve. Then check whether the boom can rise and fall and whether there is steering. If the boom can rise and fall, it can also turn, but the loader cannot walk. This is due to the damage of the variable speed pump and lack of oil. The boom can neither rise or fall nor turn, and the loader can not walk. This is mostly caused by the steel plate connection of the torque converter being sheared by bolts, or the elastic plate being cracked. The diesel engine and gearbox must be lifted out together, and then the connecting part of the diesel engine of the torque converter shall be removed, the damaged parts shall be found out, and the damaged parts shall be replaced or repaired.

6、 Only forward, not backward

First, check whether the pressure indicated by the variable speed pressure gauge is normal. If the reverse gear pressure decreases, it shows that there is too much oil leakage in the reverse gear. The gearbox must be lifted out and disassembled for inspection. Take out the reverse piston, replace the piston ring, check the damage of the friction plate, replace the friction plate with severe wear, and readjust the reverse clearance to 1.6-2.6mm; If the reverse gear does not depressurize, it shows that the forward gear is stuck. If the reverse gear cannot move due to the slipping of the reverse gear friction plate, the gearbox must be lifted out and disassembled to check whether the isolating ring on the first gear internal gear ring is broken. Because the fragment can lock the first gear friction plate, the reverse gear friction plate will slip and will not work, resulting in only moving forward and not moving backward. Take out the isolating ring and replace it with a new one to eliminate it.

7 、The drive is weak and stops when it moves

(1) Check the oil volume limit valve beside the gearbox, and add new oil in case of oil shortage.

(2) If the oil quantity is normal, check the variable speed pressure gauge. If the pressure gauge swings violently, which indicates insufficient oil supply, check whether the oil inlet pipe is blocked, whether the inner layer of the rubber tube is bubbling due to aging, whether the torque converter filter is clean, and whether the filter element of the filter is clean. In case of the above reasons, clean and flush the blocked guide tube and filter element with compressed air for many times until they are unblocked. Replace the blistering rubber hose.

(3) Observe whether there are metal blocks, aluminum chips and other objects on the filter screen. If there are any, it indicates that there are damaged parts in the torque converter and transmission box, which must be disassembled for inspection and replaced.

8 、The transmission pressure is normal. I can't drive in first gear or reverse gear. I can only drive in second gear

The reason for this kind of failure is that the gear is directly shifted without stepping on the brake pedal, which breaks the first and reverse gear connecting plates in the gearbox, so that power cannot be transmitted. The second gear is directly connected with the spline inside the sun wheel, so the power can be transmitted directly, so the second gear can be driven.
